If you, the organizer, do not have ALL of your completed paperwork postmarked and mailed within 7 days of your pull the APA will take the following actions:
The first time your paperwork is late or not complete you will be charged a $50.00 fee.
The second time you will be charged a $75.00 fee and the pull doesn't count for points or towards
Championships for your dogs.
The third time you will be charged a $100.00 fee, the pull doesn't count for points or towards
Championships for your dogs, and you will be suspended as an organizer for one year.
** Late fees must be paid before the results will be posted on the web site.
If you, the organizer, do not fill out the results forms correctly, the APA will take the following actions:
The first time, you will be shown the correct way to fill out the results forms and get a warning.
The second time you will be charged a $50.00 fee and the pull doesn't count for points or towards Championships for your dogs.
The third time you will be charged a $100.00 fee, the pull doesn't count for points or towards Championships for you dogs, and you will be suspended as an organizer for one year.
**Fees must be paid before another pull will be sanctioned for you, as the organizer. If you already have a pull sanctioned you must send the fee in with the results from that pull or the pull won't count for points or towards the Championships for you, the organizer.
